The holiday rental sector is one of the fastest growing industries in the UK with people who own a second home receiving an excellent additional income when renting out a second home when not in use.
We have an ever-increasing demand from holiday makers wanting to holiday in this most desirable area, with people looking to rent properties close to, or on the beach. Having a high-profile office in one of the most popular seaside villages in East Sussex, we constantly have a flow of holiday makers coming in to see us and let us know of their holiday requirements.
You can expect your property to enjoy an occupancy of approximately 50-65% of the year, resulting in second homeowners enjoying an excellent return on their investment, with the flexibility of using it yourself when required.
There are also tax benefits for a furnished holiday rental versus a traditional residential rental, particularly since the change in taxes in the last budget. You can enjoy the tax relief by offsetting the cost of running a holiday home, such as utilities and capital allowances for furniture and white goods. Speak to your accountant for more detailed information see link at the bottom of this page.
You choose when you want to stay in your holiday home, allowing you flexibility to your own needs, so you can still enjoy your own holidays as and when and we will work closely with you to make sure that it works exactly how you need it to.
