1. Role of Coastaways
1.1 Coastaways operates as a portal and advertising platform, displaying properties on behalf of various proprietors and agents.
1.2 Coastaways provides users with tools to explore properties and facilitate communication between guests and proprietors or agents.
1.3 Coastaways does not control or influence the Terms and Conditions set forth by the proprietor or agent, which govern your reservation agreement.
2. Reservations and Agreements
2.1 During the online reservation process on our website, you will need to consent to the Terms and Conditions of the proprietor or agent, which govern the agreement.
2.2 If you proceed with a reservation following communication with a proprietor or agent, it is strongly advised to obtain a copy of their Terms and Conditions.
2.3 For select properties, we offer an online reservation form enabling users to secure a provisional reservation. The reservation is finalized by the property's proprietor or agent, including processing any requisite payments.
3. Fees and Pricing

4.3 Proprietors or agents will directly engage with the user to finalise reservations and process payments.
5. Property Listings and Suitability
5.1 Each property listing on our website specifies the allowable number of dogs permitted on the premises. Property descriptions may provide additional clarification regarding the suitability of specific dog breeds or sizes.
5.2 Property information for certain properties may be sourced via a data link between the proprietor's or agent's reservation system and our website.
5.3 It is strongly advised to verify the property's suitability for the number, breed, and ages of all attending dogs with the proprietor or agent before making a reservation.
6. Limitation of Liability
